TENYA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Associate to support the Store Manager in ensuring efficient, profitable restaurant operations and achieving company targets.

The role covers kitchen and service duties, daily outlet management, maintenance of hygiene standards, stock checks, staffing support, and proactive handling of customer feedback to uphold high service quality.

Qualifikationen

• Citizen of Singapore only.
• Must hold Food Hygiene Certificate.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in F&B, especially Japanese cooked food and customer service.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for handling orders and feedback.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, achieving targets set by the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform kitchen and service operation duties
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth operation and customer service
• Maintain quality standard of services including hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
• Monitor quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction and respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
• Assist with work schedules
• Check stock levels and order supplies
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction by executing and perform fair disciplinary and performance management
• Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Store Manager or Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporeans only
• Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B industry (Japanese cooked food and customer service)
• Required languages: English, Mandarin (in order to handle orders, queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers)
• A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
• Must be able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
