Job summary

Tenya Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager in running the restaurant efficiently and profitably, ensuring targets are met.

You will oversee daily operations, maintain hygiene standards, manage scheduling, monitor service quality, and coordinate with the team to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Candidates should have at least 2 years in F&B, hold a Food Hygiene Certificate, and be proficient in English and Mandarin; Singaporean citizens only.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of experience in F&B, specifically Japanese cooked food and customer service.
• Food Hygiene Certificate required.
• English and Mandarin language proficiency required to handle orders and feedback.
• Singaporean citizens only.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Assist the Store Manager to ensure that the restaurant operates efficiently and profitably, achieving targets set by the company.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform kitchen and service operation duties
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the outlet to ensure smooth operation and customer service
• Maintain quality standard of services including hygiene, cleanliness and maintenance
• Monitor quality and consistency to ensure customer satisfaction and respond proactively to prevent and resolve customer service situation
• Assist with work schedules
• Check stock levels and order supplies
• Create a work environment that promotes teamwork, performance feedback, recognition, mutual respect and team member satisfaction by executing and perform fair disciplinary and performance management
• Perform all ad hoc assignments dedicated by Store Manager or Management

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporeans only
• Must have Food Hygiene Certificate
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in F&B industry (Japanese cooked food and customer service)
• Required languages: English, Mandarin (in order to handle orders, queries and feedback from English and Mandarin speaking customers)
• A team player, meticulous, organized and service-oriented
• Must be able to work shifts, including Weekends and Public Holidays
