Job summary

10 STANLEY STREET PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking restaurant service staff to deliver consistent guest experiences at the Tanjong Pagar location. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure timely service while maintaining high standards and accuracy in beverage stock management.

Candidate should be able to work weekends and public holidays, hold the necessary food safety certificate, and start immediately or on short notice. PRs and Singaporeans only; training provided as needed.

• Able to upsell and suggest menu items.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Presents menu/drinks list, answers inquiries and provides recommendations to guests after assessing their needs and preferences
• Strives to provide excellent quality service to all guests
• Takes guest orders and serves without unnecessary delay
• Maintains par stocks of beverages and guest supplies
• Clears and resets counters or tables
• Assists in stock inventory and maintains an accurate inventory record
• Standard service duties

REQUIREMENTS

• Singaporeans and Permanent Residents (PRs) only
• Experience in Japanese fine dining environment will be advantage
• Min. secondary school education with 'O' level passes
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice period would be preferred
• Possess Food safety and hygiene certificate
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
