Job summary

GENKI SUSHI SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Store Supervisor to manage daily store operations across islandwide locations. You will lead and supervise Supervisors and Crew, plan manpower, and ensure quality food preparation and high service standards.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' level required.
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant F&B experience (Japanese cuisine a plus).
• Strong communication to lead and motivate staff.
• Quality-driven with understanding of local F&B trends.
• Detail-oriented and customer-centric.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure on-the-job training for all staff.
• Check supplier operations and relay feedback to Store Manager if needed.

• coach staff in providing excellent service experience to all customers
• handle all customer queries and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• ensure compliance to food safety, hygiene and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines
• ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
• monitor work performance of all staff and enforce discipline when necessary
• ensure on-the-job training is conducted for all staff
• check on supplier operations and provide feedback to the Store Manager if necessary

Requirements

• GCE 'O' level
• at least three years of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry (experience in Japanese cuisine will be an added advantage)
• highly communicative to lead and motivate staff

• ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work location/environment

• stores located islandwide
• 5.5 days per week (able to work on weekends and public holidays)
