Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a luxury customer experience while upholding brand standards and coaching the team.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by leading shifts and directing the sales team on the floor
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer inquiries and after-sales issues
• Manage relationships with VIP clients to build long-term customer loyalty
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, stock replenishment, and inventory counts
• Maintain store visual merchandising and uphold overall brand image standards
• Coach and motivate sales associates, support onboarding of new hires, and facilitate ongoing training to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient store environment
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Manager to support store functions

Required competencies and certifications

• 3-5 years of retail experience, including 1-2 years in a shift leader or supervisory role
• College diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven ability to drive team sales performance with a strong sales orientation
• Proficiency in POS/CRM systems and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in English (Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus)
