The Nail List Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a capable Shop Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure pristine store presentation, and deliver excellent customer service to walk-in clients and salon guests throughout the day.

You will lead and train a small team, organise appointments and promotions, manage stock levels, and assist with payroll while maintaining hygiene standards and smooth opening/closing procedures; you will also handle basic cash reconciliations and POS tasks.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in salon/beauty or service industry.
• Ability to lead or supervise a team.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays.

• Oversee day-to-day shop operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising and shop presentation.
• Follow up on customer appointments and feedback.
• Train and motivate staff; resolve staff issues.
• Create promotions to hit KPI sales targets.
• Monitor inventory; manage stock ordering and hygiene.
• Prepare sales reports; assist with rosters, payroll and commissions.
• Oversee opening/closing, including cash reconciliation.

• Upkeep cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall presentation of the shop
• Follow up on customer’s appointment and feedback
• Train team members, motivate team’s morale and resolve staff issues
• Create marketing campaigns and promotions to achieve KPI sales target
• Monitor inventory, manage stock ordering, maintain hygiene of the supplies
• Prepare sales reports, staff rosters, and assist with payroll and commission calculations
• Supervise opening and closing procedures, including daily cash reconciliation

Requirements

• Prior work experience in salon, beauty or service industry
• Able to lead or supervise a team
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in basic computer and POS systems
