TOTAL MANPOWER PTE. LTD. invites applications for an Outlet operations support role in Singapore. The selected candidate will assist the Outlet Manager in day-to-day operations, drive revenue, and ensure high service standards across a fast-paced F&B environment.

The role requires a Diploma in Food & Beverage, 3+ years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail, and strong leadership and communication abilities. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent.
• Acute financial management skills and strong business acumen.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong planning and people management skills for a dynamic service team.
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to multi-task, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment and commit to shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsabilités

• Maintain overall cleanliness of the outlet area.

• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance.
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staff.
• Plan monthly staff schedules.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.

Job Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food and Beverage or equivalent;
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem solving skill
• Strong planning and people management skill to lead a dynamic service team
