Job summary

MORE YOGURT PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Outlet Service Supervisor to assist the Outlet Manager in the daily operations of the outlet, drive revenue, and ensure smooth service delivery to guests.

You will help lead a team, coordinate staffing, and uphold service standards in a fast-paced setting. You will lead a dynamic team, coordinate recruitment and training, schedule staff, uphold high cleanliness and service standards, and address guest requests with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail.
• Strong customer service, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to lead a dynamic service team; planning and people management.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in day-to-day outlet operations.
• Drive revenue, maximize profits, and minimise costs.
• Establish guest relations and handle guest requests promptly.
• Lead a service team with staff development and performance management.
• Oversee monthly staff scheduling, recruitment, orientation and training.
• Maintain cleanliness and uphold high service standards.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Job description

Responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Assist in the Outlet Manager in the operations of outlet
• Drive revenue, maximize profits and minimize costs of the outlet
• Establish good relations with guests, handle all guest requests or enquiries in a prompt, professional and sincere manner
• Ability in handling customers’ feedback and maintaining high service standards
• Responsible in maintaining overall cleanliness of outlet area
• Form robust relations with team members and assist in their development
• Manage staff discipline, appearance and work performance
• Co-lead the team to achieve high quality services delivered to guests at all times
• Responsible for recruitment, orientation and training of staffs
• Responsible for monthly staff’s schedule planning
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the company

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess min. Diploma in Food & Beverage or equivalent
• Candidate must possess at least 3 years relevant experience of KTV/Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent
• Acute financial management skills, strong business acumen and excellent knowledge of latest sales and marketing trends
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Strong planning and people management skills to lead a dynamic service team
• Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexibility is a must so the ability to multi-task, work under pressure with short deadlines
