Atlas Marine Services Pte Ltd, part of Mr. Marine Group, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive business growth across Ballast Water, Elevators, Instruments & Control within our Marine Testing, Inspection & Calibration Services, including spare parts sales.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in marine sector sales and business development, with a network among ship managers, owners, charterers, operators, and technical managers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in marine sectors sales & BD.
• Established network among ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, operators, and technical managers.
• Ability to drive revenue growth through new business opportunities and long-term contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base.
• Identify and secure business from ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, operators, and offshore clients.
• Promote marine inspection services, spare parts supply, and technical marine services.
• Generate enquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the maritime industry.
• Coordinate with technical, procurement, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Follow up on quotations, contracts and feedback to maximize conversion and retention.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Attend maritime exhibitions and client meetings to strengthen market presence.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated SalesManager to drive business growth ( Ballast Water, Elevators, Instruments & Control ) for our Marine Testing , Inspection & Calibration Services,including sales of spare parts.

The ideal candidate should have MINIMUM2 years of experience in marine sectors sales & BD, with an establishednetwork among ship management companies, ship owners, charterers, operators,and technical managers. In this role, you will drive revenue growth byidentifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with shipowners,vessel managers, and shipyards, and securing long-term service contracts. Youwill be the primary bridge between our technical engineering teams and ourclients, ensuring tailored maintenance solutions that keep vessels operationaland compliant.

Key Responsibilities

The candidate will be responsiblefor generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong clientrelationships, and achieving sales targets across inspection, spare parts, andmarine technical service offerings, with key responsibility be RevenueGeneration & Business Development & Market expansion.
