Job summary

Goh Joo Hin Pte Ltd invites applications for an Assistant Sales Manager to drive FMCG/F&B sales across key channels including supermarkets, petrol stations, and ecommerce. The role focuses on growing customer relationships, achieving targets, and overseeing P&L performance.

You will prepare quotations, follow up on opportunities, manage payments, and provide regular sales reports to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or at least 5 years of sales experience.
• Experience in FMCG industry would be an advantage.
• Independent, resourceful and dynamic with strong FMCG interest and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales management of F&B products to channels: Supermarkets, Petrol Station, Ecommerce.
• Achieving sales targets and responsible for P&L.
• Ensure timely responses to customers’ requests for proposals, quotations with good follow up.
• Build strong rapport with customers.
• Manage customers’ payment collection.
• Provide weekly or regular sales reports to support business growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales management of F&B products to channels: Supermarkets, Petrol Station, Ecommerce
• Achieving sales targets and responsible for P&L
• Ensure timely responses to customers’ requests for proposals, quotation with good follow up
• Build strong rapport with customers
• Manage customers’ payment collection

• Other ad-hoc duties/channels deem fit by superior

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma OR at least 5 years of sales experience
• Candidate with prior experience in the FMCG industry would be an advantage
• Independent, resourceful and dynamic. A good team player who has strong interest in FMCG and able to work in a fast paced environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant personality
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Possess own vehicle
