Job summary

hen tick foods pte. ltd. is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our supermarket sales business. You will actively manage key accounts, develop new opportunities, and work with the sales team and customers to hit targets.

You will visit outlets regularly to ensure product visibility, negotiate promotions, and coach the sales team to achieve excellent customer service and timely order fulfilment in the Singapore market.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management in supermarket, FMCG or food industry.
• Strong network and experience dealing with supermarket chains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented and proactive; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on leader involved in day-to-day sales operations and customer management, including regular outlet visits.
• Develop and manage sales strategies to achieve targets and growth.
• Build and maintain relationships with supermarket chains and key customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with internal operational teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and excellent customer service.
• Lead, coach and motivate the sales team.
• Regular visits to outlet to monitor stock levels, ensure stocks are replenished and displayed, and product availability at outlets.
