Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is hiring a Sales Manager to drive sales plans and manage key accounts from its Novena location in Singapore. The role requires building strong relationships with retailers, supermarkets, foodservice clients, and distributors, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure product availability.

The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 2,500 plus AWS, commissions, and a variable bonus, with a permanent, full-time arrangement and 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri) with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related discipline.
• Relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG, food distribution, retail, or wholesale.
• Strong sales, business development, negotiation, and account management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales plans and achieve sales targets.
• Manage existing accounts and develop new customers.
• Build relationships with retailers, supermarkets, foodservice customers, and distributors.
• Conduct customer and store visits to monitor sales and market needs.
• Promote products and support product launches and promotions.
• Negotiate pricing, listings, and commercial terms.

• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery.
• Lead and support the sales team to achieve targets.
