Job summary

Hen Tick Coldstorage Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a hands-on Sales Manager to lead and grow our supermarket sales portfolio. You will actively manage key accounts, develop new business opportunities, and drive sales targets with the team.

You will visit outlets, negotiate promotions, strengthen relationships with supermarket chains, and coach the sales team to deliver superior service and visible product listings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management in supermarket, FMCG or food industry.
• Strong network and experience dealing with supermarket chains.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Results-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong understanding of the Singapore retail market.
• Pleasant personality and ability to work in teams.
• Physically fit.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day sales operations and customer management with regular outlet visits.
