Job summary

Xtreme Solution Pte Ltd is seeking a store operations and sales leader to drive performance across sales, service and store presentation. You will manage KPIs, supervise a team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences that reflect the brand image.

You will coordinate sales plans, events and promotions, coach staff on selling and service, and handle escalations while ensuring smooth daily operations and a welcoming store environment for customers and colleagues alike.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT/Gaming retail or similar.
• Strong selling skills in retail.
• Genuine interest in gaming and quality products.
• Fluent in Mandarin; other languages a plus.
• Team player, service oriented, self-motivated.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, holidays.

About the role

This role combines sales leadership, customer service excellence, and store operations management. You will manage and drive KPIs, supervise and motivate the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, and analyze sales results for performance evaluation. You will coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events, and promotion programs while ensuring consistent customer experience standards and store presentation aligned with brand image.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, drive and achieve KPI(s)
• Supervise and motivate team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
• Analyze sales results monthly to share with Director for performance evaluation and action plan
• Coordinate and execute sales plans, marketing events and promotion programs with the team
• Ensure Customer Experience standards are executed in a consistent manner
• Recommend creative ideas to build and develop a strong regular customer base
• Provide coaching to sales staff on soft skills as and when necessary
• Identify and handle client enquiries and complaints when escalated
• Assist Director to manage and oversee daily store operations
• Ensure store presentation is consistent with the brand image

About you

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in IT/Gaming industry or in similar capacity
• Passion in retail industry with good selling skills
• Likes Gaming and appreciates quality products
• Fluent in Mandarin, other languages are a plus
• Good team player, pleasant, service oriented and self motivated
• Strong team building, interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill set
• Hands on computer knowledge of MS Office
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Able to travel overseas when required
