Job summary

AURANOVA GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver a luxury customer experience while upholding brand standards and coaching the team.

The role focuses on leading shifts, resolving escalated inquiries, managing VIP relationships, and ensuring smooth cash, stock, and merchandising processes across the store. Strong English communication and Mandarin would be highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience, including 1–2 years in a shift leader or supervisory role
• College diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proven ability to drive team sales performance with a strong sales orientation
• Proficiency in POS/CRM systems and MS Office applications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluent in English (Mandarin a strong plus)
• Ability to work retail shift schedules including weekends and public holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving monthly and annual sales targets by leading shifts and directing the sales team on the floor
• Deliver exceptional customer service and professionally resolve escalated customer inquiries and after-sales issues
• Manage relationships with VIP clients to build long-term customer loyalty
• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, cash management, stock replenishment, and inventory counts
• Maintain store visual merchandising and uphold overall brand image standards
• Coach and motivate sales associates, support onboarding of new hires, and facilitate ongoing training to enhance team performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies, security protocols, and operational procedures to maintain a safe and efficient store environment
• Execute ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Store Manager to support store functions
