Job summary

STUTTGART BLACKFOREST PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily shifts and ensure smooth outlet operations. You will upsell F&B, manage inventory, train staff, and collaborate with events teams to meet client requirements.

The role emphasizes accountability for service quality, procedures, and cross-team communication, with involvement in meetings and training programs as required.

Responsibilities

• Has overall shift responsibilities and is accountable for the smooth running of the restaurant
• Upsell F&B products to customers and push sales
• Evaluate the operations and procedures and suggest improvements
• Work with Restaurant Manager on all restaurant issues.
• Manage store inventory and stock take when necessary.
• To attend all meetings and training programs when required.
• To ensure customer satisfaction and recovery and assist in paperwork
• To be responsible and accountable for the operational running of the outlet(s)
• Maintain effective communication within the team in recruitment and training
• To work closely with events team to map out the requirements and ensure that all areas are arranged in accordance with client’s requirements
• Any ad hoc duties assigned to them.
