Overall Job Objectives:
We are looking for a reliable and innovative Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the daily operations of our branch. In this role, you will assist in ensuring quality service, profitability, and a memorable dining experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for managing operational records, addressing customer feedback, and fostering collaboration between team members.
Candidate must be very personable who is well capable of running a fast-paced operation doing 2-3 turns for each meal period while building long lasting relationships. They must have a stable experience of minimum 2 years in all their past roles as we are building a team for the long run. They must be good at proposing ideas to senior management or shareholders and leverage their ability to convince the team to follow through.
Core duties and responsibilities:
Mainly assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing and managing the branch.
Keep detailed records of daily, weekly and monthly costs and revenues
Manage and store vendors’ contracts and invoices
Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations
Coordinate communication between front of the house and back of the house staff
Gather guests’ feedback and recommend improvements to our menus
Role qualifications:
A Bachelor’s Degree in any field (hospitality-related fields are a plus).
Prior experience as a Restaurant Assistant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
Prior experience in Korean dining / BBQ restaurant setting is preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
Excellent conflict resolution and team management abilities.
Availability to work within the restaurant’s operating hours, including weekends and holidays.
Must be willing to be assigned in different restaurant locations.
