Job summary

Goodwill Entertainment Holding Limited in Singapore is seeking a client relations specialist to build and maintain relationships with VIP clients and customers. You will coordinate gift orders, pricing, and delivery with customers, assist with hospitality during events, and support marketing to boost artist exposure and customer retention.

• Work closely with the operations and artist management team to ensure smooth event arrangements
• Assist with social media promotion, customer follow-ups, and event coordination
• Maintain a positive image of the company and provide excellent customer experience
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by management
