You will focus on VIP and high-spending clients, proactively addressing needs, and recommending drinks and packages to boost beverage sales and guest spending while building long-term client relationships. Flexibility for entertainment industry hours is required.

Salary ranges from $3,000 to $8,000 (This includes Basic + Commissions)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for store guest reception and customer experience management, ensuring guests receive high-quality and professional service.
• Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, with a specific focus on managing VIPs and high-spending clients.
• Proactively follow up on customer needs to improve customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and consumption frequency.
• Recommend drinks, packages, and related products based on customer preferences to boost beverage sales and customer spending.
• Actively develop new clients and maintain existing customer resources to promote long-term, steady consumption.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints in a timely manner, collaborating with the store team to upgrade overall service quality.

Requirements:

• Cheerful personality, confident, articulate, and skilled in communication, with strong social and interpersonal skills.
• Strong service mindset, keen observation skills regarding customer needs, and the ability to provide personalized service.
• Equipped with sales awareness, client management capabilities, and a strong drive to achieve performance targets.
• Experience in KTV, Live Show, bars, hotels, F&B, or high-end hospitality is preferred.
• Experience in VIP client management or possessing relevant client resources is preferred.
• Ability to adapt to entertainment industry working hours and shift schedules.
