Job summary

Jaeger-LeCoultre in Singapore is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to support regional clienteling, CRM campaigns, and boutique programming.

You will assist with brand events, PR activities, and administrative tasks while coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless client experience across channels.

This role offers exposure to luxury retail operations and regional campaigns, with emphasis on accuracy, organization, and timely execution.

Job description

• Assist with implementing regional clienteling strategy (i.e. gifting, client treatment)
• Create and follow up on CRM Campaigns: (e-card creations, emailing, event, retail activation)
• Support with CRM x retail operations tasks
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

CLIENT EXPERIENCE (20%)

• Assist with implementing regional clienteling strategy (i.e. gifting, client treatment)
• Create and follow up on CRM Campaigns: (e-card creations, emailing, event, retail activation)
• Support with CRM x retail operations tasks
• Management of regular boutique client experience programming
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

TRADE MARKETING & EVENT (30%)

• Support organization and implementation of all brand events: logistic arrangement, idea generations, sourcing of vendors, etc.
• Provide support on POSM annual order ordering, inventory management, logistics arrangement and reporting for the region
• Provide support on VM related topics (i.e. POSM & lightbox rollout and report compilation)
• Support local production of gifting collaterals (vendor sourcing, negotiation and implementation)
• Coordination and management of ad-hoc projects

PR & COMM (30%)

• PR evaluation monitoring & analysis (clipping evaluation) via the DMR platform, including competitors’ analysis
• Assist with photoshoot arrangements & provide on-site support when necessary
• Assist in media post-buy report and post-event clippings report
• Support on coordination and implementation of local PR activations (Press events, gifting), including delivery arrangement
• Support on media enquiries and ensure the press list is kept up-to-date
• Management of brand asset library such as downloading imagery and videos.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT (20%)

• Provide administrative support: Manage the onboarding of new vendors (vendor creation), PO creation and invoice processing, close tracking to ensure timely payment
