Job summary

JLL is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to independently contribute to multiple projects from inception to closure under senior guidance. You will oversee deliverables, maintain budgets and schedules, and lead project meetings with stakeholders.

You will support RFPs, tendering, contract administration, and risk management while ensuring ISO/HSE compliance and quality of final products.

Qualifications

• A degree in a relevant Project or Construction Management discipline and experience in Design/Construction/PM.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects and delivering on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with ISO14001/ISO45001/ISO9001 and HSE compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee smaller/less complex project phases from initiation to close with guidance.
• Produce monthly project deliverables: plans, status reports, cost reports, agendas and minutes.
• Maintain detailed project programs and risk register; monitor budgets and cash flows.
• Prepare PCG reports and attend meetings; chair weekly project meetings and draft minutes.
• Assist in vendor RFPs, scope writing and tendering; review variations with client approvals.
• Support contract administration and ensure compliance with legal and commercial requirements.
• Contribute to value engineering, design reviews, and risk mitigation.
• Ensure Health, Safety and Environmental systems are implemented and followed.
• Prepare project proposals and presentations for new work.
