Job summary

JLL's Work Dynamics - Integrated Facilities Management is seeking a Property Executive to manage repair and replacement work, coordinate with building owners, FMC, tenants, and contractors to deliver safe, compliant facilities across sites.

You will lead meetings, provide updates, collect and submit engineering, facilities, and project reports, and build strong relationships with client representatives and service providers to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Building or Facilities with relevant experience preferred.
• FSM certification is required.
• Experience in facilities management and project coordination.

Responsibilities

• Attend project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit project progress and completion reports.
• Lead safety initiatives and ensure compliance across sites.
• Coordinate with tenants, owners, FMC, and contractors to address needs.
