Job summary

GEO BASE (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead full lifecycle projects from planning to handover.

You will oversee site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure delivery on time, within budget and to spec. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years of hands-on construction experience, with a proven track record across commercial, residential or infrastructure ventures, and a deep understanding of local regulations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on experience in construction project management or site supervision.
• Track record of delivering commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects.
• Deep knowledge of construction methods, structural details, and local regulations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD or standard site management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle construction projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery and quality.
• Monitor daily site operations, manage subcontractors, and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage budgets, variations, and identify/mitigate site risks and delays.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients, consultants, and authorities.
• Enforce Workplace Safety and Health standards and comply with building codes.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution & Delivery: Lead full lifecycle construction projects, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and to specified quality standards.




• Site & Construction Management: Monitor daily site operations, manage sub-contractors, and ensure strict compliance with engineering drawings and safety regulations.




• Cost & Risk Management: Manage project budgets, handle variation orders, and proactively identify and mitigate site risks and potential delays.




• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and relevant regulatory authorities.




• Quality & Safety Compliance: Enforce strict Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) standards and ensure adherence to local building codes and statutory requirements.

Requirements (Experience-Focused)

• Work Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in construction project management, site supervision, or contract administration.




• Proven Track Record: Successfully managed and completed commercial, residential, or infrastructure projects from ground‑up to handover.




• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of construction methodologies, structural details, cost management, and local building regulations.




• Software Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD or standard site management software.
