Job summary

Gap People in Singapore seeks an organized Production Coordinator to support producers through pre-production, planning, and shoot execution. You will source locations, manage permits, and coordinate crew and equipment while overseeing art and wardrobe for projects.

You will assist in budgeting, post-production wrap, and client relations, ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution across multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production coordination.
• Strong organisational, coordination and planning skills.
• Able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Diploma or degree in Film & Media Studies or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in pre-production processes.
• Assist with proposals and shoot planning.
• Source shoot locations and handle shoot permit applications.
• Oversee art and wardrobe departments for projects.
• Coordinate production logistics (crew bookings, equipment).
• Manage production budgets and close accounts after shoots.
