VICINITY STUDIO PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant Producer to support the end-to-end production process from pre- to post- production. You will work with producers, directors, and cross-functional teams to keep projects on track and on schedule.

You will coordinate schedules, assets, and communication across departments, contributing to a smooth production flow and timely delivery. The role suits an organised, proactive individual with hands-on on-set experience or internships in production.

Qualifications

• A certificate in film, media, communications, or related fields is beneficial; previous production experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple projects, and proficient with scheduling tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with multiple stakeholders.
• Familiar with production equipment and software (PM tools, basic editing) is an advantage.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and work collaboratively.

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Help organise shoot schedules, prepare call sheets, and maintain production calendars.
• Budget & Resource Management: Assist in tracking project expenses, securing equipment, and managing resources.
• Talent & Crew Coordination: Liaise with talent, crew, and external vendors to confirm logistics and requirements.
• On-Set Support: Provide hands-on assistance during production, ensuring operations run smoothly and issues are resolved quickly.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records (contracts, releases, budgets) and generate status reports for producers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience/Education: A certificate in film, media, communications, or related fields is beneficial; previous production experience or internships a plus.
