Job summary

FREEFLOW PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Production Coordinator to support producers from pre-production through post-production. The role involves sourcing locations, obtaining permits, and supervising art and wardrobe for projects.

You will serve as the main contact for locations and logistics, help manage budgets, close accounts after shoots, and assist with client management across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Efficient in organising, coordinating, and planning skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in the pre-production process.
• Source for shoot locations and handling applications for shoot permits.
• Overseeing art and wardrobe departments for respective projects.
