Job summary

FREEFLOW PRODUCTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a detail-oriented producer to support the pre-production phase across multiple projects. You will coordinate teams, track schedules, and assist with client communications to ensure smooth delivery from concept to shoot.

You will work closely with directors and department heads, manage budgets and production accounts, and help resolve issues during production and post-production to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Minimum four years of experience in producing roles.
• Strong organisational, coordinating and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• To assist producers in the pre-production process.
• Managing APs, PMs, PAs during pre-production and on shoot.
• Organising and ensuring all departments fulfill project requirements (ie, technical crew, locations, casting, art, wardrobe, post, etc.).
• Managing production budgets and closing production accounts after shoot.
• Expected to help solve any production issues that may arise.
• Assisting producers on managing post-production process.
• Assisting producers with client management.

Education

Diploma or Degree in Film and Media Studies or related field
