Job summary

Big 3 Media PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a motivated Production Assistant to support producers across pre- to post-production. You will help develop schedules, call sheets, coordinate shoots, and ensure smooth operations on set.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Bachelor’s in Film/Media, have internships in production, and demonstrate strong organizational and communication skills with a proactive attitude. Hybrid work arrangement in Toa Payoh offers hands-on experience with dynamic projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications or related discipline preferred.
• Prior internship or entry-level experience in production or broadcast media advantageous.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills with keen attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking across several projects and timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communicator with ability to liaise across teams and with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Support producers in coordinating video productions from pre-production through post-production.
• Assist in developing production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documentation.
• Communicate and liaise with clients, vendors, crew, and internal departments to align deliverables with creative vision and goals.
• Attend shoots and assist with on-site logistics, talent coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Source and manage production elements including locations, props, permits, and freelancers.
• Track production budgets and expenses, providing administrative support to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support producers in the coordination and execution of video productions from pre-production through post-production.
• Assist in developing production schedules, call sheets, and other essential documentation to ensure smooth shoot operations.
• Communicate and liaise with clients, vendors, crew, and internal departments to align deliverables with creative vision and project goals.
• Attend shoots and assist with on-site logistics, ensuring timely setup, talent coordination, and troubleshooting on the ground.
• Source and manage production elements including locations, props, permits, and freelancers as required.
• Track production budgets and expenses, providing administrative and logistical support to keep projects on time and within budget.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative development when required, contributing fresh ideas and perspectives.
