Job summary

The Gap People Pte Ltd is seeking a Production Assistant to support producers across pre-production, planning, and coordination for multiple projects in Singapore. You will source shoot locations, handle permits, oversee art and wardrobe, and coordinate crew and equipment while assisting with budgets, post-production, and client management.

A diploma or degree in Film and Media is preferred. This role requires the ability to multitask across concurrent projects and to resolve issues quickly on

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience.
• Efficient in organising, coordinating, and planning skills.
• Able to work on multiple projects concurrently.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Film and Media studies or any other relevant fields of studies.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in pre-production.
