Job summary

Freeflow Productions in Singapore is seeking a proactive production assistant to support producers across all stages of film and video projects. You will help coordinate pre-production activities, source locations, handle permit applications, and serve as a key contact for locations and accounts after shoots.

Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of experience, strong organisational and multitasking abilities, and a diploma or degree in Film and Media studies or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Assist producers in the pre-production process.

• Oversee art and wardrobe departments for each project.
• Main contact for locations and other closing production accounts after shoot.
• Help resolve production issues that may arise.
• Assist producers with post-production processes.
• Assist producers with client management.
