  • Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly payroll processing
  • Handle monthly submission of CPF contributions and other statutory requirements or government-paid claims
  • Handle annual tax filing submission and tax clearance
  • Assist in preparing payroll-related reports for management, finance and auditing purposes
  • Maintain proper payroll documentation and authorisation for internal and external audit
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records in the system
  • Respond to any queries raised by managers or employees
  • Manage and review all payroll processes
  • Guide the payroll team to effectively deliver payroll accurately on a timely basis
Requirements
