Job summary

AEM SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader to supervise daily operations, coach staff, and drive efficiency. You will serve as the main liaison for internal customers and lead process improvements to meet targets.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong ownership, and the ability to manage tight deadlines, with the potential for overtime as needed. Experience in logistics is preferred.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, internal stakeholders, and management.
• Hands-on and committed individual with a strong sense of ownership in completing assigned tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work under pressure, manage tight deadlines, and support overtime when required.
• Willing to learn, grow, and develop with a fast-growing organisation
• Preferably with at least 1 year of relevant working experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support.
• Knowledge of WMS and SAP will be an added advantage.
