Job summary

COL33 PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.

You will manage manpower, monitor inventory with FIFO/FEFO, and coordinate with Drivers and cross‑functional teams while maintaining safety, records, and SOPs. Some shifts and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in warehouse operations
• At least 1 year in supervisory role
• Experience in food, FMCG, fresh produce or cold-chain operations is advantageous
• Knowledge of inventory and warehouse operations
• Able to manage manpower in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational, communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer/WMS knowledge
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, checking, put-away, picking, packing and dispatch
• Manage and allocate manpower according to daily workload and delivery requirements
• Ensure incoming and outgoing goods are checked and recorded
• Monitor inventory levels and stock rotation using FIFO/FEFO
• Conduct regular stock checks and support monthly stocktake with Finance
• Monitor stock discrepancies, damages, shortages and wastage and take corrective action
• Ensure orders are picked accurately and prepared on time for delivery
• Coordinate closely with Drivers, Logistics, Procurement, Sales and Production teams
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, safety and proper storage practices are maintained
• Train and supervise warehouse staff and monitor attendance, productivity and work performance
• Ensure all warehouse records and system entries are updated accurately and on time
• Identify operational issues and recommend improvements to improve warehouse efficiency
• Ensure company SOPs, safety requirements and food-handling procedures are followed
