Job summary

AN XIN BUSINESS CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. seeks a capable Cleaning Supervisor to lead cleaning staff, monitor standards of cleanliness and behaviour on duty, and ensure high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.

The role involves planning monthly work schedules, ordering materials, monitoring activities, and enforcing Health and Safety policies. You will mentor junior team members, optimize workflows, and manage budgets to deliver client results.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.
• Ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.
• Health and safety experience.
• Strong organizational skills and multitasking in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff on performance and behaviour.

The supervision of cleaning supervisors and cleaning staff on their performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behaviour whilst on duty.

Ensuring good standard cleaning service.

Plan and review monthly work schedules.

Ordering of all cleaning materials.

Monitoring of all cleaning activities.

Ensuring all staff are aware of the Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Previous experience in a cleaning environment and managing a team.

Ability to implement and adhere to standards and procedures.

Health and Safety experience.

Improve the current workflow and optimize processes. Work both as a leader and hands-on expert across projects to assist junior team members and delivering results for clients.

Improve, manage and maintain the budget tracking process.

Establish best in class standards and quality of work across all projects.

Proactive self-starter and ability to multitasks in a fast-paced environment under constant tight labour situation.

Team leadership and mentoring experience. Strong organizational skills and able to manage multiple projects at simultaneously.
