Job summary

ENVICO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Cleaning Operations Manager to lead cleaning operations and ensure consistent service quality across client sites.

You will oversee the operations team, manage manpower deployment and drive improvements in standards, productivity and efficiency. The role requires 3+ years in related operations, strong leadership, and excellent client-facing and interdepartmental collaboration skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Operations Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of operations experience, preferably in cleaning, facilities management or environmental services.
• Experience leading supervisors and frontline staff.
• Strong manpower planning, problem solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and respond to operational issues.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with operational systems.
• Collaborative work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cleaning supervisors, operations executives, floaters and cleaners.
• Plan manpower deployment and ensure adequate coverage across all client sites.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain cleaning and service standards.
• Manage service commencement, site mobilisation and operational transitions.
• Attend client meetings and resolve service enquiries, complaints and escalations promptly.
• Monitor staff attendance, performance, discipline and training requirements.
• Develop work schedules, cleaning checklists and operational procedures.
• Ensure that cleaning activities comply with workplace safety, regulatory and company requirements.
• Monitor operational costs, equipment, cleaning supplies and inventory.
• Work closely with the Sales and HR teams on new contracts, manpower requirements and employee matters.
• Investigate and report operational incidents, service failures and workplace injuries.
• Recommend improvements to service quality, productivity and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational support during manpower shortages or urgent situations.
• Perform other operational duties and projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong manpower planning, problem-solving and decision‑making abilities.

• Good customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to manage multiple sites and respond effectively to operational issues.

• Independent, responsible and willing to take ownership.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using operational systems.
