Adecco Personnel Pte Ltd, partnering with a leading supply chain logistics provider in Singapore, invites applications for an Assistant Operations Manager to oversee end-to-end airfield activities including passenger and cargo handling, GSE maintenance, and airbase compliance.

The role involves manpower scheduling, budgeting, staff certifications and security clearance tracking, while driving safety, SOP updates, and external audits to ensure zero-lapse compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Logistics, Aviation Management, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in ramp handling, air cargo, or aviation fuel operations.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital operational tools; able to lead compliant teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily air cargo, passenger boarding, and ground handling to ensure on-time aircraft turnaround.
• Direct maintenance and service for ground support equipment and ramp vehicles.
• Lead monthly safety briefings, update airside SOPs, and coordinate audits for zero-lapse compliance.
• Manage manpower scheduling, budgeting, staff certifications, and security clearance tracking.
• Mitigate risk, resolve equipment discrepancies, and drive site-wide continuous improvement.

• Work Days: Mon-Fri, , 8am – 5.30pm

The Job

• Oversee daily air cargo, passenger boarding, and ground handling support to ensure zero-delay aircraft turnaround.
• Direct maintenance and serviceability for specialized ground support equipment (GSE), ramp vehicles, and site facilities.
• Drive monthly safety briefings, refine airside SOPs, and manage external audits to maintain zero-lapse compliance.
• Lead manpower scheduling, operational budgeting, staff certifications, and security clearance tracking.
• Mitigate risk, resolve equipment discrepancies quickly, and lead continuous improvement across site logistics.

The Talent

Diploma in Logistics, Aviation Management, or related fields with 3–5+ years in ramp handling, air cargo, or aviation fuel operations.
Proficient in MS Office, digital operational tools, and managing high-compliance teams.
