Talent First seeks a Deputy Manager, Operations (Aviation) to lead daily aviation, passenger, cargo and ground operations in the East region, ensuring safety, compliance and efficiency.
You will plan and allocate manpower, equipment and resources, oversee facilities and equipment maintenance, and drive SOP improvements while coordinating with customers, contractors, auditors and internal teams. AWS and annual bonuses accompany the role.

Manage daily aviation, passenger, cargo and ground operations.
Plan and allocate manpower, equipment and resources to support operations.
Ensure facilities, vehicles and equipment are properly maintained and operational.
Review and improve SOPs, work processes and operational procedures.
Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
Manage cargo handling, MHE, dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
Support airbase operations and military aircraft ground services.
Monitor operational issues, coordinate rectification and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Conduct safety briefings, audits and risk assessments.
Manage and develop the operations team, including training, manpower planning and recruitment.
Monitor departmental budgets, purchasing and operational expenses.
Coordinate with customers, contractors, auditors and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Diploma in Operations Management or equivalent.
Experienced with aviation industry, air force or similar capacity.
