Job summary

ST Logistics Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager to ensure smooth delivery of passenger, cargo and ground services. You will plan operational activities, coordinate manpower, and monitor serviceability of facilities and equipment to prevent lapses and risks.

You will lead diverse AMC operations, review SOPs, and drive improvements in safety, policy compliance and resource planning across passenger, cargo and ground segments.

Qualifications

• Diploma with operation management experience preferred.
• Prior experience with Fuel / airforce industry preferred.
• Ability to use Apps and have cybersecurity awareness.
• Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Review SOPs and Work Instructions for passenger operations in line with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Establish passenger operations schedule plan, including resourcing and deployment to standard requirements.
• Execute Passenger Ladder operational plans.
• Approve escort requests for airbase entry/exit and ensure sufficient manpower.
• Develop and review MHE operational plans.
• Review methods to manage dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
• Manage overseas deployment activities.
• Manage fixed-base operation support for foreign military aircraft.
• Review procedures for legal and other requirements at the operations site.
• Escalate defects arising from non-availability of GFE/GFP to the customer's ops team.
