Job summary

TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Deputy Manager, Operations (Aviation) to lead daily aviation, passenger, cargo and ground operations in Singapore East.

You will plan manpower, equipment and resources, and ensure facilities and vehicles are maintained and fully operational while upholding safety and regulatory requirements. In this leadership role, you will manage and develop the operations team, coordinate with customers, contractors and auditors, monitor budgets and expenses,

Qualifications

• Diploma in Operations Management or equivalent.
• Experience in aviation, air force, or similar capacity.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily aviation, passenger, cargo and ground operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment and resources to support operations.
• Ensure facilities, vehicles and equipment are maintained and operational.
• Review and improve SOPs, work processes and operational procedures.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security and regulatory requirements.
• Manage cargo handling, MHE, dangerous goods and hazardous materials.
• Support airbase operations and military aircraft ground services.
• Monitor operational issues, coordinate rectification and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct safety briefings, audits and risk assessments.
• Manage and develop the operations team, including training, manpower planning and recruitment.
• Monitor departmental budgets, purchasing and operational expenses.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, auditors and internal departments.
