Job summary

Lokal Space SG is seeking an Operations Assistant to support the Hotel department under the operations manager. You will help plan and execute tasks and projects and coordinate with HR for manpower planning and interviews as needed.

Additionally, you will assist in developing KPIs, serve as a communication bridge between management and staff, resolve disputes, address complaints, and handle other duties as assigned by directors.

Qualifications

• Able to work in islandwide locations and visit multiple locations daily.
• Willing to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation manager to supervise daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
