Job summary

Dustaway Services Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks an Operations Lead for the Hotel department to oversee daily activities across multiple locations. You will coordinate with the director on planning and execution of tasks and projects, ensuring smooth operations and clear communication between management and staff.

The role requires 2–3 years of relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and willingness to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays, islandwide.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Able to work islandwide at multiple locations daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR for manpower planning and conduct interviews if required.
• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPIs.
• Act as a communication bridge between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Perform any other duties assigned by directors.
