Job summary

lokal pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an individual to oversee daily operations for the Hotel department. Responsibilities include liaising with the director for project planning, working closely with HR for manpower planning and interviews, and handling customer complaints to ensure satisfaction. The candidate should have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and be willing to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Able to work in islandwide locations.
• Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for the Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Liaise with HR for manpower planning and conduct interviews.
• Assist in developing and improving KPIs.
• Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
• Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

Role and Responsibilities

5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.

6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.

7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.

2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.

3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience
