Job summary

INFINIX HOSPITALITY MANAGEMENT PTE. LTD. seeks a shift supervisor to oversee daily operations across locations in Singapore. You will lead a team, run pre-shift briefings, and ensure timely, safe cleaning practices with proper equipment handling.

You'll train staff, monitor punctuality and discipline, and address guest complaints to maintain high service standards across multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Able to work midnight shift.
• Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• At least 1 year’s experience in similar role in hotel sector.
• Able to work islandwide locations and travel between sites daily.

• Supervise and coordinate assigned shift; conduct daily pre-operation meeting with staffs on duties.
• Conduct On-the-Job Training (OJT) to employees including the proper and safe manner of routine cleaning using equipment & machinery.
• Ensure all daily and periodic cleaning works are carried out as per schedule.
• Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction.
• Check on staff punctuality and discipline.
• Any other duties assigned by Superiors and Clients.
