Job summary

infinix hospitality management pte. ltd. is seeking a capable hotel operations manager in Singapore. This role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, liaising with directors for project execution, assisting HR in staffing and KPI development, and resolving employee disputes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience in hotel management and possess excellent interpersonal skills. The position requires flexibility to work in various locations and availability for overtime, including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in hotel management.
• Ability to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
• Flexible to work in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation and activity for the Hotel department.
• Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects.
• Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s.

4. Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI’s
5. Act as a communication conduct between management and staff.
6. Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
7. Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction
8. Any other duties assigned by directors

Requirements

1. Able to work in islandwide locations, and able to go to multiple locations daily.
2. Able to work OT including weekends and public holidays.
3. Atleast 2-3 years’s of relevant experience
