Job summary

PENANG CULTURE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations. You will interview, hire, train, and schedule staff, while managing employees across outlets to maintain service quality.

You will handle customer concerns, ensure health and food safety compliance, and oversee inventory and costs to maximise profitability. Weekend and public holiday work is required in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
