MAPLETREE INVESTMENTS PTE LTD. seeks a Security Manager to support the manager in ensuring property security, addressing challenges, and applying industry best practices for security systems.

You will lead the security team, coordinate with external agencies, and implement security standards across properties while ensuring budget compliance and incident readiness.

Formación

• Degree or Diploma in Security Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
• Experience in carpark safety and traffic management.
• Sound knowledge of work hazards and safety procedures.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Holds a valid Security Supervisor license issued by relevant authorities.
• Leadership and communication skills are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist to manage the security team and external agency for manpower deployment and service performance.
• Plan security and road traffic for high-risk events; coordinate with law enforcement and fire agencies.
• Coordinate with authorities to identify and investigate security breaches; establish standards and procedures.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties to ensure policy compliance.
• Attend emergencies including carpark equipment outages, medical situations, bomb threats, and fire alarms.
• Review and update security policies and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Manage expenses within the approved budget while maintaining efficiency and quality.

The Role

This position will be supporting the manager in managing security of the properties assigned, solving security challenges, and implementing industry best practices in security systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the security team to manage the outsourced security agency for effective manpower deployment and services, including monitoring and evaluating their performances.
• Planning of security and road traffic for high-risk events, coordinating closely with law enforcement and fire agencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and fire agencies to identify and investigate security breaches, creating and implementing security and car park operations standards, policies and procedures.
• Conducting physical examinations of property to ensure compliance of security policies and regulations.
• Attend to emergencies, which may include carpark equipment breakdowns, medical related situations, bomb threats and fire alarms.
• Review and maintain security policies and SOPs to ensure compliance to regulations.
• Ensure that related expenses are managed within the approved budget whilst retaining efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma inSecurity Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity.
• Experienced in carpark safety and traffic management.
• Possess sound knowledge of work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
• Holds a valid Security Supervisor license issued by relevant local authorities.
• Possess leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
