Key duties include overseeing the outsourced security agency for effective staffing, planning security and traffic for high-risk events, and coordinating with law enforcement and fire agencies.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Security Management or related fields.
• Proven leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with security operations and policy implementation.
• Familiarity with local safety regulations and codes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Assist to manage the security team and outsourced agency for effective manpower deployment and service quality.
• Plan security and road traffic arrangements for high-risk events, coordinating with law enforcement and fire services.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and fire services to identify and investigate security breaches and to implement standards and procedures.
• Conduct physical inspections of properties to ensure compliance with security policies and regulations.
• Respond to emergencies such as equipment breakdowns, medical incidents, bomb threats, and fire alarms.
• Review and maintain security policies and SOPs to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Monitor expenses to stay within the approved budget while maintaining efficiency and quality.

Assistant Manager, Security Operations (Based in Singapore)

This position will be supporting the manager in managing security of the properties assigned, solving security challenges, and implementing industry best practices in security systems.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist to manage the security team to manage the outsourced security agency for effective manpower deployment and services, including monitoring and evaluating their performances.
• Planning of security and road traffic for high-risk events, coordinating closely with law enforcement and fire agencies.
• Coordinate with law enforcement and fire agencies to identify and investigate security breaches, creating and implementing security and car park operations standards, policies and procedures.
• Conducting physical examinations of property to ensure compliance of security policies and regulations.
• Attend to emergencies, which may include carpark equipment breakdowns, medical related situations, bomb threats and fire alarms.
• Review and maintain security policies and SOPs to ensure compliance to regulations.
• Ensure that related expenses are managed within the approved budget whilst retaining efficiency and quality.

Job Requirements

• Degree or Diploma inSecurity Management or related fields.
• At least 4 years of relevant experiences in a similar capacity.
• Possess sound knowledge of work hazards, safety procedures and public safety matters.
• Conversant with local codes and regulations.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, PowerPoint and Excel). Experience working with SAP will be an added advantage.
• Holds a valid Security Supervisor license issued by relevant local authorities.
• Possess leadership skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
