Job summary

hong tai development pte. ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager (Quantity Surveyor) to join our construction team in Singapore. You will support the Manager with QS duties, cost control, and documentation across projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Previous working experience in a construction company is advantageous.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, as required.
• Able to work across different project sites and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with all quantity surveying duties and documentation.
• Prepare and manage cost records, take-offs, claims and QS docs.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients.
• Ensure all project documents are maintained and submitted on time.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by management.
