Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 10-12 years of relevant quantity surveying experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: Develop commercial strategies for tenders and projects.
• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: Review and approve tender submissions before submission.
• Lead Commercial and Tender Management: Lead procurement planning and subcontract award strategies.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: Establish project cost management strategies and budgets.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: Monitor financial performance across multiple projects.
• Lead Cost Planning and Financial Control: Review project cash flow forecasts and profitability reports.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: Oversee contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: Lead negotiations on contractual claims, variation orders, and dispute resolution.
• Manage Contracts and Commercial Risks: Approve interim payment certifications and final accounts.
