Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.
• Previous working experience in a construction company is advantageous.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, as required.
• Able to work across different project sites and schedules.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager with all quantity surveying duties and documentation.

Position: Assistant Manager (Quantity Surveyor)

We are seeking a responsible, committed, and motivated Assistant Manager (Quantity Surveyor) to join our construction team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Manager in all Quantity Surveying-related duties and documentation.
• Prepare, maintain, and manage project cost records, quantity take-offs, claims, and other QS documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients as required.
• Ensure all project documents are properly maintained and submitted on time.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Previous working experience in a construction company will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work on rotating shifts, including night shifts, according to project operational requirements.
• Must be flexible to support different project sites and working schedules as assigned.
• Able to follow instructions from Management and supervisors.
• Responsible, patient, hardworking, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Knowledge of QS software will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidates

• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (PRs) are preferred.

Additional Information

• Shift work, including night shifts, is required based on project operational needs.
